• T.M.Revolution was started by Takanori Nishikawa and producer Daisuke Asakura with 3 main goals: 1. Have a single reach the top 1st spot on the weekly oricon charts, 2. Have an album sell a million copies, 3. Have a concert at the Tokyo Dome (the largest indoor venue in Japan). They achieved all 3 of their goals within the first 4 years of the project.
• Takanori's grandma lived to be 102 years old, and only died recently on May 20th 2024.
• Takanori was great at drawing in his school years. As such, he wanted to be a fine arts teacher.
• The band abingdon boys school's name stems from the name of the school the members of Radiohead graduated from as well as the anti lock braking system in cars.
• The single HOT LIMIT was released in June, but it was actually written in the middle of winter.
• Takanori used to imitate singer Hideki Saijo as a baby.
• Takanori used to be unable to tan, and called himself a walking reflector. That has clearly changed now though.
• Takanori is really good at Puyo Puyo Tetris.

how did you get into him? i found that MAX had a song featured in a gameboy beatmania game and in that game was also hot limit, then one day when i was looking for new music i decided to try listening to some songs from that game and that included hot limit and from there i started gaining interest
favorite song? can't narrow it down to 1 so i'll pick 5: bring it on, imitation crime, master feel sad, der freischutz, aoi hekireki
favorite album? probably progress, i love its energy!!!!
favorite live? haven't watched many concerts but i am intrigued by his performance in a vash the stampede cosplay in his 1999 tour and his performance in kouhaku 1997 where he wore a shirtless tiger outfit complete with cat ears live in front of half of japan because why did he do that. i'm not complaining i am just amazed
recommended songs for new listeners? i suggest starting with his 90s singles, they're really easy to get into! but i'll list a few of my favorites in any case: yume no shizuku, der freischutz (best listened to with the pv), aqualovers~deep into the night, resonance, ultimate
